Bull Negro is the largest of The Butifarra range. It is in a Hog’s Skin and it has Pig’s head, Heart, Tongue and Liver with spices and Pig’s Blood. This also can be eaten uncooked, (it is also boiled salami) or it can be used in cooking as used in typical Catalonian cooking.
