La Fueya from Asturias, is a fantastic blue from the northern Spanish mountains, it has a gentle creamy and sumptuous pallet, with a delicate aroma.
Made from pasteurised cow’s milk and wrapped in Sycamore leaves. With distinct ivory colour and deep green veins, it has a salty gentle note with an aromatic finish.
