With significant oleic performance, it is common to collect it for oil but also a very popular table olive. Cultivated mostly in areas of central Spain (Ciudad Real, Toledo or Madrid) as well as Andalusia, it is collected in an advanced state of maturity, thus presenting pinkish and purple tones.
Intense flavour, firm texture and pointy on one end they have come to be named ‘Cornicabra’ (Goathorn).
