Homtiem Thai Black garlic is a healthy food made from fresh garlic by controlling the temperature and humidity for 90 days in a process called the Maillard reaction. It has a slightly sweet flavour, with hints of liquorice, porcini mushrooms and aged balsamic vinegar.
